The Wave

The wave ebbs and flows, it starts out strong but diminishes its strength in time.

Somewhat like a breath in and a deep exhale.

The wave comes to remind us that our life is short, that our time here is valuable, that we shouldn’t take it for granted.

The wave continues in and out, in and out for as long as our lives shall live.

The waves are sometimes valiant and strong and sometimes the tide doesn’t have the strength to come back to the shore.

If you dig down deep under the waves you can find thousands of sailors who have been anchored down by their life’s circumstances.

We don’t want to be held down by those anchors, we must use our breath to rise above the weights of our struggles.

We can lay on the sandy beach as the waves wash over us.

We can be in perfect peace.

We can breathe to the rhythm of the waves.

We can find our rhythm as the waves have found theirs.
