What is collabee?

collabee is a team collaboration tool that helps teams collaborate by sharing tasks, files, decisions, and events in a single issue page.

collabee can be used for various use cases, including product development, budget planning, marketing campaigns, and HR & recruiting, etc.

1. Spaces

Create spaces for different teams and projects. Invite team members to collaborate on team-based or project-based works. You can manage tasks, check the whole progress on a Kanban board, and handle all shared files and events in a space.

2. Issues

Share ideas, issues, or anything that needs to be discussed and done collaboratively in an issue page. Mention your team members by typing ‘@’ to assign tasks and share images, files, and actionable items to streamline the whole work process.
Co-author issues synchronously and share feedbacks in the comment section.

3. Issue updates

Check updates in the [Issue Updates] tab.
Updates on all new activities will be categorized by the issues they belong to. You will be able to identify which issues are relevant to you with the yellow marks on the right side of the update.

4. Files and tasks

All files, tasks, decisions, and links will be collected and saved as Items. Items are directly connected with the issues that they had been shared in, which helps you locate the items you need fast and with context.

There are three versions to collabee based on its pricing models — Free, Business, and Enterprise. It’s entirely free to use collabee.
